Task: Clarify Contract

The objective of this task is to clarify all contractual aspects so that they are described in a clear and unambiguous way for the resources that need to manage and deliver services in conformity with the contract.

Main Description

The contractual aspects should preferably be described in a clear and unambiguous way in the final contract documents. However contract documents are often full of legal language, which is not always so clear and self explanatory for non-legal people. It is the task of the Finance And Contracts work stream to clarify the contractual aspects, if needed in a separate artifact called Contract Clarification Notes, which are agreed upon by all parties involved.
